OUR PRODUCE
We grow carrots, chayote (squash), cauliflower, eggplant, onions, tomatoes, kale, broccoli, mushrooms, and other vegetables. We also grow oranges, papaya, banana, guanabana (soursop), giant granadilla, passion fruit, strawberries, lemons, wildberries (mora), guayaba, cacao, and other fruit, as well as herbs. All of our products are organic and go into our restaurant and workers’ kitchen.
